Yes. We support English, Chinese, and Japanese name embroidery.
Please enter the name exactly as you’d like it to appear.
How many phone numbers can I add on the back?
You can add up to two phone numbers.
We recommend using digits only for best clarity.
What is the difference between Classic Stitch and Ghost Stitch?
Classic Stitch matches the thread colour to your tag’s design for a cohesive look.
Ghost Stitch uses a light thread to keep your phone number subtle in photos,
yet readable when the tag is flipped for safety.
Will Ghost Stitch still be readable if my dog gets lost?
Yes. While Ghost Stitch is designed to be low-visibility in everyday photos,
the phone number remains clear and readable when viewed directly.
What collar width does the tag fit?
Mallow Tag fits collars up to 25mm width as standard.
If your collar is wider, leave a note at Remarks and we’ll adjust it for you.
How long does it take to make my tag?
Each tag is handmade to order.
Orders placed by the 25th of each month will ship from the UK on the 25th of the following month. The next UK shipment date is shown on each product page.
For Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan orders,
after the shipment arrives in Hong Kong, local delivery via SF Express typically takes an additional 3–5 days.
Orders from other regions are shipped directly from the UK once ready.
